This is why the new plasticless packaging from Hasbro is a terrible idea!

I had some trouble with Hasbro's quality (http://www.imperialshipyards.net/SMF/index.php?topic=10936.msg230291#msg230291) recently, but fortunately their customer service is extremely generous. Still a bummer nevertheless especially when you give a figure in pfp away.

Gonna be interesting to see how their customer service handles these types of problems. What will the factories in China try to get away with knowing the product is covered up in the box?
