This was requested by you all almost a month ago and I'm just now getting around to it...
Which of my mandalorian themed customs do you believe to be my best mando figure? Make your decision on whatever grounds you deem necessary. Judge each figure on it's own based on concept, execution, articulation, etc... Or just pick your favorite!

Honestly, the ones you chose are most of my favorites as well. I would add the trenchcoat mando, the snow mando, western mando, and mandalore to my favorites list as well.
I'm planing on remaking the trenchcoat mando as I sold my original and I miss him :(.
I think if I had to choose my favorite figure of them all construction wise, as for as part choices, I would pick my stealth mando. I have another resolute snake eyes figure and as soon as I grab another boba I plan on doing another mando with that construction with a different theme.

Surely the figures look a lot better when you have them in hand, but since we are spread out all over the world, photos are the next best thing.
I like the Stealth Mando a lot, too.
Check out the pics on Hisstank of the upcoming Joes for 2010 and you'll find that they will make great fodder for a new generation of Madalorians.
I can hardly wait to get a few of them.

they are all brilliant mando customs but if i had to pick a favourite i would pick................... scuba mando as i love that one the colouring on it is fabulous

Love that huntress and the cloth around Desert Mando's helmet. Sweet.

I know! I was laying awake last night for hours going through everything from toy-fair dealing with the joes and my mind was running through it all... I was seeing mando parts in nearly EVERY figure! lol. or at least some kind of SW part.
the Resolute figures seemed to me to be the best candidates though. I love the look of their knee pads and boot styles.
I'd made the comment after seeing all of that last night that my only motivation for keeping a job right now is the eventual release of all these awesome joe figures... In my mind the joe figures are going to blow star wars out of the water this year!)

Man, I was just a few steps from getting out of toys all together..even had the auction descripts and photos taken for ebay to dump most of my loose collection in lots and my MOC stuff, lol.
Then the ATAT, then the new joe figures...then, I found iron man 2 figures...dang, its gonna be a long year.

My vote is cast but it wasn't an easy choice by any means. Surprisingly enough, I didn't vote for the Desert Mando or the Scuba mando, both of which are among my favorites.

well this poll settles it. As soon as I get my hands on another legacy boba fett I'm using my Snake Eyes figure to kit bash together another super arty mando figure and it's theme is going to be desert opps. I'm going to try and take the theme even further the next go around and try and give him a camo undersuit instead of just one solid color (similar to clint's awesome desert troopers).
unless you guys can come up with a new concept/theme that I should make him as?!

i know it's a late post,but i did love the dessert mando as well and they do have that cool dusty G.I.joe figure,maybe you could incorperate some of his gear into that as well,if you haven't already finished it.nevertheless you gave me insperation to work on another figure.

hmmm I'd forgotten about this thread... I need to get to work on a new desert mando. I hopefully will get to work on it soon and I'll incorporate my traditional super arty techniques into the figure and try and do a full out cammo undersuit.
