hihi could admin delete this thread? the links died cause i used direct-link photos frm facebook.. now i got them onto photobucket
-
Very nice work there Jenki!
-
Holy cow, Jenks!!!!!!!! I am very impressed, my friend. You have some great figures, there. So far, my favorite is either the Quarren in armor or the cloaked clone with the visor.
I'm going to put one of these on the Front Page, buddy!!
Good job! I can't wait to see more.
Clint
-
thx x) i try to make do... will post more when i get my hands on a camera again x3
-
They look just stunning, Jenks! You made the Front Page today, buddy.
-
well done ! excellent customs mate

"Xtra, Xtra..read all about it!"
-
I really like some of the combinations here. I really liked that Luke in armor, Thrawn was sweet too. Ofcourse the Quarren is nice too. Great work Jenki.
-
Great stuff. I especially like that converted speeder bike, the BFG on top looks awesome.
The skiff is a good take too. I love vehicle customs, not enough of them around...
-
excellent work. i am partial to clones, and they are all very good work. impressive.
-
I'm new, so please don't take offense, but what did you do to cmdr fox, the pauldron?
-
nope~ i didn really do much to fox actually, just drilled a hole in his back to fit in the backpack from clone wars obiwan, because it seems to suit him more than it does for obi-wan x)
-
you mentioned your paint not agreeing, your not using enamel paints are you? I made that mistake when I first started, they never dried and stayed sticky... I have some that I did last year that still havn't cured.
Get some Acrylic paints, you can grab a starter pack at hobby lobby for a little over 20 bucks.
-
Do they have Hobby Lobbys at Singapore, Jenks?
-
singapore?/
We got a guy in singapore and you're asking about hobby lobby? I'm gonna ask "Do you know any disgruntled workers at the figure factory?"
I see stuff all the time on EBay selling from singapore, :)
-
hmm there's no factory here .-. i doubt there is. but a lot of ebayers cause even after shipping all the way from america, sometimes it still costs cheaper than buying from retail, if its even in retail. those u see from singapore are mostly something like middle-middle-men, selling after buying/bidding from those on ebay china or hongkong (yar.. the REAL 'disgruntled workers' lol )
there are hobby shops to cater for model kit builders, mostly military and gundam model kits, a bit of painting stuff here and there.
acrylic paint wont turn sticky? geeez i have to get some~ it really boring to just mix and match or use gundam markers.
i guess it's the culture here; most singaporeans collectors don't like customs, they prefer 'originals'
-
new 'custom' vehicle.

A USMC armored vehicle, i cut out certain pieces of plastic to fully utilise the space inside, converting it into something of a caravan-task force. the tooth picks bundled up at the rear of the turret is the beach obstacle pieces, and the circular thing wrapped in brown cloth is 'barbed' wire wrapped up
-
I'm liking it Jenki! Good use of that item!
-
Very nicely done, Jenks! I really like that side shot of the interior.
Great pic of the republic tank, also.
-
I like that vehicle. Great stuff, However I'd remove the wheels and make it a hover tank to compliment the fighter tank... man I want one of those fighter tanks....
-
I really like the custom tank. I could easily see about a half dozen of these providing flanking support for the large clone turbo tank we are gonna see this year. Awesome stuff Jenki.
-
Hi there!
You've got some very nice customs. Congratulations for a job well done.
-
That's a great Idea...
I'd re-paint the vehicle to match the Star Wars one next to it, that way the wheeled one can be the support for the hover tank.Kind of like a long range scout/recon team. If I were a kid I'd spend hours and hours playing with them....wait a minute, I am still a kid!!! >:D
-
actually i've been browsing around 1/18 stuff to add on to my star wars.. other than GI-joe, which is quite pricey around here, i stumbled upon this company called mc toy center, making the power team elite series. and their stuffs are good! but nobody carries them over here either

Holy cow, Jenks, those are super killer!! I love all of the Jedi, especially the white haired one. I really like that armored woman in that last shot.
Great job, buddy!
-

-
