Hey everyone, this is my first custom I'll be showing, it's a Realistic style Pre Vizsla from the Clone Wars. He's made out of an Evolutions Jango Fett, the head is that of the Imperial Navy Commander from the Vintage Collection and the cape was a modded Clone Wars Pre Vizsla cape to better fit the bulky Jango build. Hope you like it, and hope the pics show up the right way lol.

Welcome to the Yards!
-
I found your album on photobucket and pasted the two img codes I found there. Seemed like i had the right one. You can hit modify and see what the code looks like, but its the last of the four codes they give you (img).
-
Sweet! Welcome! Pre is so AWESOME!
-
You first custom post is now on the front page.
-
Thank you guys, I appreciate it! And thanks Tamer! ;D
-
That is a fine looking Saga/realistic styled Pre Vizla! Great choice for the head as well. Welcome to the Yards!
-
Thanks! All I could picture was Pre when I saw the Navy Commander, and I think it worked out pretty well.
-
Welcome! I like the cloth cape, nice design on it.
-
Great job !! welcome to the yards
-
Nice Mando Darth Drew!
-
welcome to the yards!!! Great work, I love me some mandos!!!
-
Thanks you guys, I'm glad to see you all like it! :) I've got some more on the way!
-
Really glad to see you all liked my last custom, so I figured I'd take another try at posting pics and decided to show off one of my older customs, that I've already sold. It's still one of my favorites: an Imperial Officer set in the 'Death Troopers' kind of theme. He was just a basic Imperial Officer filing papers on a Star Destroyer for the Empire, when a bunch of Stormtrooper zombies broke into the bridge and he was the sole survivor. He re-took his ship alone, and cruises around looking to help others who are in danger. Hope you all like him!

Sweet custom! Really like this guy! Especially the hat! ;)
-
Welcome to the yards DD.......viz looks good, wish I kept the one I did now.
-
Thanks Mando Assasin, I really like the hat too. This guy was actually inspired by my younger brother who put the hat and robe on my Imperial officer, and I kinda ran with the idea lol.
And thanks benjani_1976, I appreciate it! Yeah, I too have lost some customs I liked. But the way I see it, the next one I make for myself could be even better after working out the kinks ;D
-
Very nice. Love the soft goods and the hat!

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with how well the soft goods looked as well.
-
I dig it all! Welcome to the Yards!

Here's a couple of clones I've been working on
Battlefront 1 Clone Jet Trooper. He's my favorite clone to play as in the game. He's made out of the basic white Saga Legends Clone trooper, and Jango Fett jet pack.
And here's a custom Clone Wars Phase 1 ARC Trooper. He's mostly a Clone Wars Captain Rex with an ammo pack on his pauldron and then some custom plastic bracers on his lower legs.

I really like the shadow clone. I have actually been planning to do one. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks! No problem, I look forward to seeing what you come up with!
-
Nice job on the clones!

I just want to take a moment and say Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. And, if you will allow me to share (via my faith and worldview) this is one of the most special times of the year, at least to me. I am truly thankful to God above for His grace, mercy and salvation. He has richly blessed my life. I have the blessing of an amazing wife, beautiful children, and a loving family. I am also thankful that I live in this great nation. I hope you have a chance to take a moment today and look at your life and reflect on how fortunate you are. I also want to make a statement to the ISYs in general that even though we don't all know each other personally and face-to-face, I am thankful that in our hobby we have a common place to share our creations with one another. Happy Thanksgiving enjoy some turkey!!!

Nice job on the clones!
Thanks! I don't usually make clone customs, but I felt the Jet Trooper needed to be done, and I had a spare Rex, so I was like why not lol.

Sorry for the lack of posts lately, I have been keeping busy with new customs though. Here's a KotOR 1 Canderous Ordo. The legs and torso is made up of the Apartment Jango Fett, the upper arms is a Comic pack Quinlan Vos, the forearms are also the Apartment Jango Fett and the head is one from my parts bin, not exactly sure what it's from. I'm not entirely happy with the head, I might switch it out for one that looks older, but this will work for now. I do like how the shin armor turned out though.
Next is a Mandalorian Medic. He's nothing too special, I've had this paint scheme in my head for a while and a spare Boba Fett so here's the finished piece.
-
Nice figs man! Canderous looks AWESOME! The head is a Green Lantern..... I think.
-
Nice update, I am gonna make this my first front pager for the new year.
-
Thanks Mando Assasin, I actually think it was a B'arin Apma from the Republic Forces pack, but not 100% sure at all lol.
Thanks for the first FP of the year Tamer!
-
Nice job on those, you, sir, have some clean paint apps going on.
-
You're right DD,It's a B'arin Apma......got about 3 or 4 in a parts bin knocking about.
-
Thank you, Clonehead! :)
Ah yes, that would make sense, I made a Walon Vau a while back out of B'arin and I guess that's where the head came from. Thanks for clearing that up!
-
So here's a few customs I made. First up is a Hoth female Rebel Soldier I made out of a simple kitbash (VC Hoth Leia and a rebel soldier's helmet) and adds diversity to my Hoth ranks.
Then I made a Hoth Pruneface. He was a repaint of a POTF Prunface and I added the Saga Legends Hoth Han's binoculars and gave him a 'snow' dusting with white paint to make it look like he was wandering around Hoth.
Also an older custom of mine that I recently improved with a new ball socket head. It's Darth Sion as he appeared in Knights of the Old Republic II the Sith Lords.
Thanks for looking! Let me know what you think.
-
So here's a couple customs I made, first up is an exiled Ithorian Jedi Master, made him from a Saga Hammerhead, and the saber staff is Savage's, and the saber running through the middle is a holographic Aayla's.
Also a bounty hunter gal from Tatooine. She's of a few different figures, a comic pack Leia head, Legacy collection Leia for the torso and arms, the belt is from a Cad Bane, the hood is from Mara Jade, and the legs are from a ROTS Aayla.
And a Desert Camo ARC Trooper for good measure ;D
(http://i1298.photobucket.com/albums/ag54/DarthDrew1138/DSCN0092_zps6084b36c.jpg)
-
Very cool.... ;D
-
Thanks man, glad you like them!
-
Well I can see I missed another update (not sure what is going on with me or my forums notifications), but I bet you will see one of these on the fp tomorrow. I like the Ithorian especially.
-
Great update! That sniper clone looks really great!
-
the ARC Desert looks badass good work on the trooper
-
Thanks, Tamer! I felt I needed to make an Ithorian who was slightly threatening to break the stereotype the Ithorians are given.
Thanks Mando Assasin and Mandalore, I wasn't crazy about the clone when I finished it, but it seems everyone likes it that has seen it.
-
So here's some new customs I've recently finished. First up is an Imperial Juggernaut. He's got ship grade armor and almost a blue tiger like paint scheme for the helmet.
Bucket off
(http://i1298.photobucket.com/albums/ag54/DarthDrew1138/DSCN0171_zps55482b61.jpg)
and a Stealth Ops clone. He's one of my early 'heavy' weathering paint jobs with metallic silver all over
(http://i1298.photobucket.com/albums/ag54/DarthDrew1138/DSCN0163_zps6f93f1f3.jpg)
Also a WIP Kal Skirata. I've still got some paint to finish up, a little sculpting and accessories have to be applied and I have to get a more Kal like head. Any ideas for a good Kal Skirata head?
-
Also nearly finished a Kotor II Visas Marr. I still have some small details in the head dress and other spots to add, but she's done for the most part.
And some Episode 7 inspired characters I'm entering in the Yakface Imperialshipyards joint-site contest. Here's a redeemed Imperial Stormtrooper who had a connection to the force (some of them had to have a little bit of a connection to the Force, right? :D
(http://i1298.photobucket.com/albums/ag54/DarthDrew1138/DSCN0186_zps815099eb.jpg)
And a Chiss Sith warrior. I'd love to see a menacing/mysterious Sith kinda like Maul with the wisdom of Sidious in the new films, and a new Chiss would be even more awesome! So this is my take on both those ideas combined.
-
Nice, put that Juggernaut on the front page.
-
Very nice updates! Man you are on a roll! So many great customs it is hard to pic a favorite. Though I do love Ithorians!
-
Fantastic updates !!! i really like to see soft coods on figures and you did a good job with the Visas Marr figure and sith warrior well done!
-
Thanks Tamer! The paint scheme did turn out well, I wanted to leave it plain white at first to make it look like experimental armor, but I think I like this more.
Thank you Sprywalker! It's hard not to love Ithorians! ;D
Thanks mr.Jedi, I try to use soft goods as much as I can to give the figure more mobility, unless i find a really cool plastic kama or something.
-
Nice man! The Visas Marr seems to be coming along really well, and I especially like the Stormtrooper/Jedi blend. Is that Chiss Sith holding Revan's lightsaber?!? XD Really great custom update!
By the way, how are those TOR companions coming along?
-

Thanks, man! No, that's actually a spare Malak saber I got in a lot off ebay :D
I kinda held off on the TOR Comps for the joint site contest here and the Tattoine contest as Yakface (both contests are looking amazing so far btw) and I'll be getting back to them later this week I hope. The JK comps are nearly there, and I have a start on a few of my favorites like Qyzen and Khem. I'll probably have some of them up here in the next couple of weeks!
-
Nice Imperial Juggernaut. Really like the concept.
-
Been a while since my last update, but none the less here are some of my most recent customs.
Version 2 Darth Sion, I sculpted the torso and head as I wasn't completely happy with my previous version of Darth Sion.

-
Looking great, man! :D That Mira is spot on, and is that Hanharr? Sion's giving me the heebie-jeebies, and Traya looks just like the game version XD. That WIP looks really great too, is that synthetic leather?
-
Thanks troopr, nah he was just a basic repaint, but with some slight adjustments he could make a fine Hanharr, I might have to try it. And for the Dark Jedi I used electrical tape actually. ;D

nice! That's a pretty neat trick that I might have to use sometime :D
-
All kinds of news figures. I look forward to seeing your next update and some clearer pics of a few of these. Off to share.
-
Good job on your custom figures! I'm really liking your Mira custom figure.
-
While I'm totally unfamiliar with the character, I like your Traya a lot. Sion has always intrigued me too.
-
great looking figures
-
Thanks guys, here's another batch of customs.
HK-47, this is a repaint of HK-50 (the blue one) and some weathering for good measure.

Nice, time to get some of this info to the front page!
