Someone PMed me and asked for a picture of all my Mother Talzin customs - so I thought I'd post it - here is the evolution of the character. You can see a real variety of parts and materials based on what I had at the time - I tried to make each one as unique as possible:

hey nice use of parts for a really interesting character. i loved seeing her in the clone wars cartoon. you did a fantastic job with these customs!
-
All are very nice.

Wow, what we wouldn't all give for Hasbro to make an Evo Pack like this.
Time to go get this on the front page.
-
That is a nice set you got there!!! I second that Hasbro needs to wake up and make a Evo pack !!! Gerat work

This is a great character and you've got three terrific incarnations here. I really like all of them and think that skiing them side-by-side like this is the best way to appreciate (and showcase) what's great about each one in particular.
I love the regal look of the first and the soft goods on he second. The third is just a great adaptation of Hasbro's recent release.

Thanks guys - I appreciate the comments. I'd love to see a Nightsister evolution set myself, perhaps with Mother Talzin, Ventress, and a generic "ninja" Nightsister. I am happy Hasbro gave us the Nightsister figure in the Maul battlepack (which looks like a cross between Mighella and the concept Sith Witch), but I'd love more!

Once in awhile, I'll update old customs, and this Nightsister was at the top of my list. I thought the hood was far too large, and the "wings" / blades on her back were not positioned the way I first envisioned. I updated the back, and resculpted the hood to make it more accurate to the cartoon:

The Talzins are pretty cool. Love this nightsister though.

They look great well done indeed.

That Nightsister looks great. Off to the front page.
-
I love the newest Talzin and this Nightsister is even better than the crew you made last year.
-
Thanks guys, glad you like it. I love CW figures / characters, so I am going to keep making them, time permitting.
-
Very nice re-do on that Nightsister!

Thanks!
I was able to complete my Yakfinities entry tonight, its one of my most wanted OT characters: Cane Adiss. I knew Hasbro had no plans for it, so I decided to customize one. The head sculpts are by Sjefke on the forums, who did a stellar job on them. I went a different route on the body and dimensions - I always envisioned this character as a small Eborsisk (Willow movie), so I wanted it to look like a beast (I'm not a fan of the EU backstory). I think this works best as a 'pet' like the Rancor, not an alien that flies a ship. Here is how my version turned out:

Great looking version of this figure. Wow, I agree it is one rad character. Time to go to the front page.
Can't you just see Hasbro selling out in seconds if they ever did make this one!

Nice!

Thanks guys, perhaps the customs Sjefke and I made will inspire Hasbro to release one?

Nice! Interestingly, I have that very Spy Kids critter sitting gathering dust. Hmm... :)
