Paypal phishing email
« on: December 26, 2010, 12:28:01 PM »
Hey guys, I just got a phishing email from a spoofer trying to get a hold of my paypal info.
The email reported suspiscous activity with my account and asked me to varify my account info and then my credit card info.

I noticed that the links to the pages that they offered did not lead to a paypal url and reported it as a spoof email to paypal and then changed my password.

pay attention to emails like this, folks. the pages that their links directed me to looked like paypal pages but were not.
