Regarding how I made these. I used the GIJoe ROC Armor suits for Ripcord/Duke. Alone I thought the armor suits were great. But, I modified them, each according their specialty, rank, and standard. I used the Helgeist headsculpt from BrokenArrowToys. Made modifications to one of the helmets to install sensors and did not use the airhose. The body I used Aves sculpt to create thicker armor on legs, waist, chest, and arms. The heavy gunner involved adding moveable parts to the wrists (blast shields), and the side/front armor skirt pieces (attached at waist and move). The back I used Aves and some other parts to create powerpack as well as holster for the rifle and handle that holds the heavy gun. Used small flex springs for the hydraulics attached above and below the knee. The eyes, used reflective HIQparts material. Easier the rigging lights for creating a platoon of these soldiers.
