Yes, they did hint at an overseas location eventually. I figure it would be Australia if it were overseas. I am wondering about that rumor we heard about Baltimore last year. I don't think they have ever done East Coast before. Still, the population base sure does favor the NorthEast.

I'll cover it if it does eventuate.....pics galore.... ;)

I think that it's Narceron's holiday project that has taken all of your store's snowtroopers, my friend.

Um. .. .

These aren't the droids you're looking for. . .

Hey guys they have the voting for the top five of these up!

http://www.hasbro.com/starwars/en_US/discover/Dioramas-Poll.cfm

Here are the entries
1. Felucian Order 66

2. Tusken Camp Ambush

3. Sith Reunion (thought this one was hilarious)

4. Hoth Hangar

5. Carbon Freezing Chamber

Pretty cool stuff. Kind interesting to see TESB get so many nods.

They're all pretty good; but I had to vote for the freezing chamber one myself.  Dare to dream that it may give Hasbro some ideas.  Yeah, I know it will never happen.  Plus, they'd probably tell us they already gave us a freezing chamber playset and it didn't perform well.

Yepper, I liked that one too.  We could only hope Hasbro will get a little inspiration from these folks. Kinda like the same way I feel about the Hoth Hangar bay scene. They could really do a connect the playsets for a full hangar if they would just do it. We would all buy it just like the freezing chamber!

The Bespin Dio is superb and will get my vote,  I am not downplaying any of the entries at all but I feel some of the talent here surpasses what most of the submissions into the contest and easily competes with the top 5,   If there ever is another contest maybe we should team up on some entries :)

If the Bespin set failed, it would be due to Hasbro's crappy distribution again.  I didn't even know one existed until a few weeks ago.
