Daggone, this is fantastic!

Man, why o why won't Hasbro release stuff like this. It would sell out in seconds.

So going to get this on the front pages.

Made a force crushed Dark Trooper to go with my custom Mando finale Luke 2.0. I redid his entire tunic. Missed out on the SHF version's preorder so I made my own.

Green blade is from ReplacementSabers on Etsy. I really like the Hot Toys version of this Luke but it is outside my price range lol.

More pics soon - working on a big diorama  ;)

I envy you your diorama set up too.

Off to share your update.

This is amazing, it must have been interesting to compose. I really like the soft goods on Luke. Nicely done.

Awesome stuff. That lightsaber effect is awesome  love the darktrooper all scrunched up. Also the Savage looks great! Great execution all around with the horns, paint everything.

Made the Tusken Warrior from The Book of Boba Fett.

Base figure was a Black Series Armorer. I swapped out the legs of a Tusken Raider. Cut a variety of black fabric and wrapped and tailored it to the source material.

Not too many pictures exist on the webs right now so I paused the show for each episode as reference.

The head was molded and then squished to change shape. Sculpted the additional wrapping around her goggles. Resculpted the face mask as well. Toothpicks for the horns. Breathing apparatus was made with a 3D printed cylinder I modelled, then fed a plumbing wire through for pipes.

Her single braid and tassels on the dress are actually from Aura Sing's hair and a Wonder-Woman figure's lasso cut up and glued together.

This was a lot of fun to make! Stayed up all night to make this. Gonna go catch some Z's now :)

I agree, what a fantastic figure! thanks for sharing the recipe! If I still collected The Black Series, I'd try it. Isn't there a carbonized AND a Credit Collection figure of The Armorer beside the basic figure?
The Basic Figure seems to have performed well at retail. Maybe I'll get some carbonized Armorer figures for customs if I find them cheap.
Now the costume you made for her is one nice composition. Looking awesome! Honorable to mention is the amount of Tusken Raiders you have there. Makes fun to look at all your pics!
Thanks for having taken the extra time for those WIP pics as well!

Amazing work. I'm not big into black series but I'd totally buy this character in 3 3/4". I also want that Tuskin Chieftain and Krrstantin.
Collector by choice. Customizer by necessity

Awesome work!  I hadn’t thought about the gender of this character until I saw your great custom.

Thanks! There was also a HasbroPulse exclusive with a few extra parts. Great figure overall with the butterfly shoulder joints.

Ya, need that Chieftain to complete the look  ;)
Krrstantin feels like something Hasbro would make so I think I will hold off on that one.

Thanks Starchaser :)

Made the Tusken Chief. Necklace was put together with a bunch of fodder straps glued together. The Pendant was designed in Tinkered and printed along with the black melon.
Staff was from Shang-Chi and a few different Gaffi sticks cut and glued together.
Rescuptled the head and and necklace bones. Painted the robe.

Hope you all like it!
