Gosh! it's been a while since I last posted a new custom figure...

These are my latest creations for the upcoming 3rd Series of X-Wing Alliance... On Wookipedia K'Armyn Viraxo is shown as a rather comical character so I decided to make him a little more mean looking, see what you think.

The helmet I have was blue until the airbrush caught it! For the comic the good thing about figures with helmets is that I can use one and make it look like I've got loads.  :)

Really cool update, reminds me a bit of the Riddick movies with the glowing eyes on that gaurd. I also wanted to say that your photography skills are really amazing, your work inspires me to take better photos.  ;D

Jules, great update! I love the reworking of the character K'armyn! Very well done and love the colors! Good decision in keeping the striped pants and red is my favorite color! haha One thing I am wondering His head seems to be floating above his shoulders in the second picture. Is it because you photoshoped it a bit? The guard looks super cool as well! Is that a Royal Guard helmet cut in half? Well done Jules, your presentation is always extraordinary!

Master Spry thanks for your feedback.

The reason why the head is 'floating' is because the base figure was an old type with fixed head so the new head is just blutacked on to allow movement for photography in the Graphic Novel. I'll photoshop the head for the story so you won't see the gap.

A very bold use of color, which plays off well. Red, typically, holds a sinister feel to it, and you've used it well with these 3 figures, counting the SBD in the background.  The faceless Guards bring with them the same incomprehensible terror that Stormtroopers do, allowing for a legion of faceless, soulless soldiers capable of striking fear wherever they go!  As for K'Armyn himself, the use of Palpatine's senatorial garb brings an element of regalness, whether earned or not, showcasing his own views of himself in the Galaxy.  Nice work on the customs, they look terrific!

Wow that is wonderful work! I really struggle with red on my figures - I find the highlighting rather difficult as it tends to go pink!! Those are some beautiful figures 94!!
