Very nice Jules, I made two figures after my oldest daughter a while ago. Personally I think those are among the most rewarding customs to make.

I agree... My son was involved in picking the parts and choosing the colours, he eagerly watched as I applied the paint and he has been drawing a comic book for his character over the last few days. I guess getting the kids involved inspires their creativity.

If ever I pick up the DarkChilld series I'll have to use this figure....

Once again I have to apologize for not being as active as I'd like on the forums, I don't have much time at the moment to divert to my hobby, but what time I do have is very precious to me.

This weekend I had some time to complete some customs that are going to be used for the X-Wing Alliance series. (I'm using CGI heads but still using custom figures for body shots).

Here are the first pilots from Teracon (*EDIT- correct spelling Terecon - will amend) Squadron. Based aboard the Winged Cruiser Liberty and one of the early squadrons to receive the new B-Wing starfighter, they are also kitted out with the new Alliance flight suits. Since the battle of Yavin they have suffered severe losses...that is until Rancor Squadron arrive...

*Terecon - An 8 meter long reptilian predator found on the planet Essowyn.

Awesome work. Lovin the subtle washes you give to the figures. That Tycho Head has so much more character with the work you've done on it. I am curious though, Will you be switching out the arms? They look great as they are but surely they'll restrict the poses you can do for your comics?

Those look incredible, Jules!  Your weathering is great, not too overly done, just enough to know they've seen some wear!

Wow, simply amazing Jules. I bet there is nothing in life that you don't do well.

Back on the front page. I love seeing new custom work from you because that means my wait for a new installment of X-Wing Alliance gets less and less.

Thanks a bunch guys!

Rogue82, The answer to your question is Photoshop... I usually manipulate arms and legs to get the poses I need.
