that last mando looks great, I hate that original figure... it's im-poseable to work with....  ::)   

That flame effect is killer though, did you use hot glue to do that?   There is some realy cool clear/opaque testors acrylic paints out there that look realy cool on those hot glue flame effects.  It makes them partially see through, I've been meaning to make one like that, put a LED light inside it, and then paint it with the clear paint......

yeah the red mando was my inspiration! the figure was missing the blasters, the missile and one arm was off, and one leg was bent into a weird look! But i fixed it and started to paint!
