Well, I'm not going to pretend I'm not incredibly disappointed on this decision.  Orlando?  In AUGUST?  Are they HIGH?  Not to mention, it's once again at the far end of a Coast, forcing more to travel far distances than short distances.  Unless you live in Florida, that is.  True, I am biased in thinking that Chicago or Indianapolis would have been MUCH better, but I guess I'll have to start making arangements!  I'm guessing hotels just sold out!

Daggone in August? Still, I may be off of work then so the dates might be ok as far as taking off work time. I will have to check.

So much for this being in the middle or even Northeast daggone it!

I like the location, but not the time of the year.  Man when we were there in Oct it was unbearable, can't imagine what its like in August, count me out.

Aww c'mon Chad!  Don't let a little humidity sway you! LOL!  I have NO idea what they were thinking, picking a location like that during AUGUST of all times!

I would like to go but I will not be attending, I just can't, Sue and I have been planning a trip to Italy and Sicily to see my relatives and I have been putting that off, If I go to an event like this before that trip, I am a dead man.

I noticed the ticket prices.  It says kid's four day passes are $50.  Do you guys know the age ranges?

Well I don't know where I stand after just breaking the news. The wife's reply was," Do you know how hot it would be then followed by well it would be cheaper than going to California. "

I know one thing, the ole Tamer hates humidity, it just knocks the dust off me. I bet the folks in FL or celebrating today.

When I was down there in Oct it hit me like a brick wall.  We have high humidity up here but it doesn't seem as bad as down there, or maybe we just stay inside when its that bad.

I want to go, I'd love to go, I've been to all 4 previous Celebrations... but I don't know if my bank account(I won't lie... Credit Card) and/or body will be able to take it. Might have to get a wheel chair while down there, cause after working 2 days alone, I can barely walk...  :-[  We've been trying to pay off our cards over the last year or so.. and this year was horrible with added medical bills.. so all that together, I think we'll have to wait and see how things are looking...

The wifey did say this morning when I told her.. and I quote... "YES!!! START LOOKING AT HOTEL PRICES" lol...

The kids rate is "under 6" I wish it was "6 and under" that'd save $50 right there.

Oh, Wayne, that SUCKS!  I was looking forward to a car ride with you all the way down!  Still, I live near Chicago, so I would have room for 3 others in my car if anyone wants to go on a road trip!
