Awesome news. I wish I could afford to go. This economy has slowed my work down and my spending that is for sure.

Oh, Wayne, that SUCKS!  I was looking forward to a car ride with you all the way down!  Still, I live near Chicago, so I would have room for 3 others in my car if anyone wants to go on a road trip!

We're gonna see if they'll let us put up our monster Diorama we made for the Hasbro contest and display it there.. if so, two of my buddies are gonna drive it down. Maybe we can get you to one our meets before then and if you don't bite... you can go alone with them...

I don't bite...hard...LOL!  I'd be happy to meet you sometime if I'm able!  That'd be great to get them to allow you to display your diorama there!

L.E., I hope you can swing it!  It'd be great to get as many of us to go as possible!

If you can research your car route Pat, I might be able to pull this off "stag" with no female intanglements if I could hitch a ride and share those type of expenses. If I go with the family it would mean Disneyland and I just couldn't put my heat sensitive wife and child through that type of heat. I am not sure I would survive, but might be willing to risk it. I want to crunch some numbers too, but hate to miss another one.

Well Shawn, the route goes straight through the heart of Indiana into Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, and then Florida.  It'd be a drive for you, but if you wanted to meet me at my place and ride with  me from there, there's a seat waiting for ya!  We can look into things as it gets closer, too

I might be able to meet you in TN as my wife has her sister there if it were time right or I could convince my wife to drop me off and then come pick me up so it wasnt far outta your way. If you don't mind sometime trace me your route. I will say one thing though 95 south is gonna be the fastest way.

I had no doubt it would be in Orlando, what with Disney revamping the Star Tours attraction into a more Clone Wars-oriented activity.  But geez.....  August?  C'mon...I like in Louisiana and *I* hide inside in August down here!

I think the wife, my son and I are going!!!

A friend of my wife has a time share down there and we are going to use it!!

I know Aug. suck in Fla but it is an indoor event. I'm guessing, I've never been to one.

But we will attend sat and sun. thursday  and friday we will be coming from NY where we live.

My son is 9 and love Star Wars as much as I do!!!

My wife will be along for the ride!!

As it gets closer lets get a tally on who is going and maybe we all can meet! Would be great to meet you guy's in person!

The show of the year is coming soon, just about 5 weeks away!  If that weren't enough, there is also a Special Disney Event: The Last Tour To Endor at Disney Hollywood Studios!

http://www.starwarscelebration.com/en/Events/Disney-Event/

A 5-hour extravaganza, it features the last ride on the original attraction, with themed party zones, Death Star Disco, Fireworks, and more!  If you're going, be sure to order your tickets soon before they sell out!

Man, I wish I could go..........
So my biggest claim to fame is that my user name, Robimus, has appeared in the Star Wars Essential Atlas, lol.

Yeah, that is actually me, one of the 16 user names acknowledged by Dan Wallace and Jason Fry. I think I have a hand in both the placement of the Clacis Sector as well as Kalee :)
