you would think that this stuff would hit on the coast before it hit here in the Midwest.
She had called to ask me about the droid factory packs but just surprised me with those two cw packs.
I can see now how those support guns mount to the turbo tank. I will show you how this works, next week.

I had to check Warsaw's Walmart here at the lake.
They had Legacy figs on sale for$5.
I picked up another jaws and treadwell droid and another Coresaunt clone.

Very nice haul you got there.
I might need to check around locally for these. I really was wanting the droid and clone 2 packs.
I wanted to try out the jetpacks on a few Lecacy figs. the legacy ones released left you wanting with their crappy articulation, so thankfully i is not too hard to modify a SA EP2 and EP3 clone to fit the jetpack. and that is an item i cant get enough of.
Exactly how many of the gunner packs weapon systems do you think you can fit to the turbo tank? I looked at them hard when i did see them and saw lots of possibilities for them, both with and without too much modification.
Might have to make another trip real soon.....

Simon, one is the turbo tank gunner squad and the other is the set of cw jetpack clones with the rots jetpacks.
I had considered passing on these but since the wife brought em home, I think they look pretty cool.

well the gunner pack guns mount into a peg hole on the inside of either big side door on the turbo tank so that they can man the guns while standing on the door as it is in it's horizontal down position. The guns also have a leg assembly that will swing back to form a tripod so that they could be set up anywhere.
I will get a review with pics up this coming week.

Those jetpacks should be mountable onto most legacy style clones without too much nodding to the figure. Probably just a peg hole in the figure's back is all that will be required.

Really similar to the ROTS jetpack troopers winged jetpack, usable with a SA Legacy fig with very little modding.
And I liked the BF2 Clone packs 501st Jetpack troopers jetpack also, although it took more to mod that to fit and look correctly.
Both of the mentioned fig were SORELY lacking in the articulation areas, so making acceptable versions has been high on my list of things to do in larger numbers.
And its not out of my skill set yet. I just hate to ruin a perfectly good toy :'( ...
that is why I just think of it as IMPROVING a good toy ;D.

Hmmm...  I reckon I need better pics of the winged jetpack.  I may have a certain application for it...

I can't do that till I get home, doc but I have once again pondered about taking one of those jetpacks apart to mold the pieces up. It should me comprised from 4 different pieces.
