Very nice figure, Stitch. That base figure that you used worked out great! Did that shoulder plate come from the original Shocktrooper fig?
I researched a little more on the copyright thing and according to ebay's policy, a copy or bootleg is defined as an article made to appear exactly like the original manufacturer's item that contains the original manufacturer's logo or trademark. My parts contain neither a logo or a trademark or number of any kind so, I should be clear there. Some sellers make fake proto figures which would contain the trademark on the foot or leg, if they didn't alter the master part prior to molding them. If by names, you mean that Lucas or Hasbro owns the name "republic gunship", I am sure you are quite correct. As far as keyword spamming, that's not a practice that i make but one must consider ebay's main concern, the money that they make from the auctions that they host and all of the traffic that those auctions draw to their site. Foremost, they are all about their fees.
Not alot of people know that when ebay first started, it was a free service and there were no fees. Someone must have gotten greedy along the way.
