Nice work Pat, I like the evolution of Jusik and it is always cool to see anothers interpitation of a character.

Great work, Pat!  I love Blank, and the technique used!  Are those Stormtrooper legs on him?

That's another cool update, Pat. Jusik looks really good. I really like how D'Qan Dal Quordis turned out and that Shatter gun that Blank has looks cool as hell. You are on a roll, buddy.

The gran jedi is da bomb... even without real articulation, it just looks amazinng.
Judging by the Jusik figs you have shown so far, the mando armor fig will be great as well.
Most excellent work here Phatty.

Thanks guys!  I'm having so much fun doing these, and have so many ideas in my head yet!  Once I finish my Bardan Skirata, I'll have to find a good way to display them all.  I'd love to see what Karen Traviss thinks of them!

Hey, where did the general come from? I didn't see that till now. Time for another fp custom update. Looks great Pat. I must say Jusik is my favorite character from the books. I am so glad to see him done right. I figured you would up on that Mando armor. For the life of me I can't remember the color.

I was reading about old Bardan on Wookiepedia and read that not only is he in the RC books, he is also prominent in some of Jaina Solo's trainings in the future!  Such a rich and complex character, But I still can't choose my favorite from that series yet!

The future bardan stuff happens during the post Vong Darth Caedus storylines...
And there are a few other characters still around in the future from the same certain series....
But the entire post Vong storyline does not have them in it... just a few books...
I enjoyed reading them....Legacy of the Force... 10 books or so, I think....

Right, that's what I had read.  I can't wait to GET to those books now, but I'm so far behind in that era.  After I finish my RC series, I want to read the last Darth Bane book, and then Deathtroopers, and then get back into that line.  I finished the one where the Yuuzhang Vong had just infiltrated into the Galaxy, so I have quite a bit to go!

It does make so much more sense when you are able to read all of them in a timeline order, from first to most recent...
It is just too bad they fill in the timelines as an afterthoought....
I own and have read multiple times almost every novel released... or the ones that caught my interest...
Entire storylines are the best way to read them... 1 at a time in order...
I tend to get what is new when it is new and read it as soon as possible, and when multiple eras and storylines are released at the same time...
It gets hard to keep the timelines straight at times, but when you reread them a time or 2 then it does get clearer.
I enjoyed the vong story as a whole, but there were a few events i didnt appreciate and it took time before I wanted to finish reading the books.
I tend to get cranky if I think things are not right, and some things definitely were not right in my eyes.

Yeah, my research when doing customs and such always end up with me reading more about those events than I'd like to.  Kind of spoils them sometimes!

I do too much research.. the customizing really falls behind...
I get something done, and dont like it. so I start all over... and then just get frustrated...
Work, the wife and kids... life in general just seems to get in the way more often than I like.
And I still havent found any good skin tone paints that dont get all jacked up when painted on the resin heads...
Trial and error just proved my head painting is one big error on my part.

Try a primer coat of white paint before you put the skin tone down, Dana. That always helped me plus, the whites of the eyes are already there, then.
