It is something upright because of the base. I was going to sat the bse for a tree to be built, then I saw the blue. Hmm, that is the color you used for the ISY troopers you made. Is it going to be something to display them on? Hard to say...

Trevor nailed it!  It's a hockey gear tree!  It holds equipment so it can dry better than being in my bag all week.  I had some spare wood lying about in my garage, and was bored on a Sunday, so there you have it!

are you serious? pmsl i only put two and two together because i know you play hockey, and one of my old mates i use to see played Roller hockey and the trip home was pure crouch stink all the way home, enough to make you gag instantly at the first breath,  and eye watering.... lol and he used to hang it anywhere he could to air it out, why he didnt just put it straight in the wash i will never know...

Ah yes, that stench you refer to is known affectionately as "hockey funk!"  I wash my equipment monthly in our gear washer at the fire department.  Otherwise, there aren't many home washers big enough to handle them all.  But in the meantime, especially now that it's getting warm out, it's nice to hang dry it like this!

Funny enough, no I did not.  At the time of CII, I was unaware of such an event until my brother in law and I were in line to buy our tickets to AOTC when others were talking about it!  We had no idea!
