I'm not sure about the robe... I bought it from my local toy store called toy anxiety. They had it in a sandwich bag, so I don't know if someone made it or if it is from a Star Wars figure.
@Ghostskull18, I used a Rise of Cobra GI Joe Red Fang Ninja body w/ a 25th Ann. Xamot head. And the lower arms and hands are from a TVC Bespin Luke. I just painted them black. I also repainted his hair darker brown.

Phase II tcw Clone w/extra arty hands. I put the older tcw clone lower legs on him, but it made him way too short so I put the original legs back on.
