IM2 Fury of Combat set Reviewed.
« on: September 17, 2010, 06:48:33 AM »

Not had much time to review of late, but managed to squeeze in this one of the TRU exclusive Fury of Cobat set.  Some interesting figures in this set to say the least.  Enjoy and thanks for looking.

repainted IM= meh....

fury =  Repainted, retooled 25th gi-joe parts with a new head... woop-de-do....    But... But... it has a cool trenchcoat you say? BAH... it doesn't even fit the figure right! ....  a little re-touching with the sewing machine will fix this though.

drones = awesome!
   although the gun is oversized and doesn't show the range of movement it should... and the feet anchors fall off too easilly.

both of these problems are easy to fix though.   Get a cheap box of strait pins with plastic balls on one end.  Cut the mount off of the backpack portion of the gun, insert one pin there and clip the gun onto the ball of the pin, VIOLA- 360 degrees of rotation!

for the foot pegs, take another (4 actually) strait pin and shove it through the joint, cut off the excess... no longer will the pieces fall off.
