If I had to choose - for the same money - between your repulsortank and a BAT-AT, the walker would sit on the shelf!  Dang cool concept and execution.

Oh my that is pretty sweet. I think it would be an easier build and I have all the parts. One Snow Speeder, 2 of the old stealth vehicles with pop up pilot from POTF2 days, one anakins pod model kit and some styrene. Hmmmmm...
