Well we went to the local movie theatre this evening thinking of trying to see the new Harry Potter, but alas the theatre didn't have it (the price of living in the sticks) so I got to give the wife suggestions and she picked this film. It is kind of a co-hort by Steven Spilberg and J.J. Abrams. I must say I thoroughlly enjoyed it. It felt a bit like Cloverfield to me in the beginning and that is all I will give away about the film, but it is worth a look if you like scary alien monster movies like I do.

Missed out on this one (and many more) when it was showing here. Will catch in on rental/download though.
