This is a recent commission I just finished up. I combined parts from the Vintage Collection Quinlan Vos to give Thrawn more height (as he should be 1.8 m tall) and also the added hip articulation. I then made sure to replace the tiny upper arms with better ones as well for good proportions. I created the epaulettes in a way so that there would be no rubbing as well. Painted everything per the customer's requests and voila! My client is uber excited as am I that he gets to have a one of a kind creation of his favorite character!

Thanks Tamer! As I get older I am starting to really like the idea of carded collections myself....There is some real talent on these boards too in making custom cards.

This really is the ultimate version of Thrawn ! I am wondering what paints you used for the added parts , and do you have any trouble working with White sprays and or paints ? I really like how clean it is on the figure.

Thanks! To answer your questions...First, the only way is to repaint the entire figure. I do not use sprays except for clear coats and sealants. The best practice for white is patience and many many many many thin coats because white sucks. I actually lay down a gray color first to act as my primer and I use all game colors and acryls from citadel, testors, and Vallejo. Hope this helps!
