Now I know what you're thinking.
"Just how extensive can a NEIMOIDIAN collection be?!"
I decided to start this sub-collection about three years ago, and I'm still not done. I'll collect the darlings until I have them all!
The acetate screen in the background is a prop from the senate scene. Not pictured properly are the approximately 50 different trading/playing cards featuring Neimoidians/Duros.
The black and white Lott Dod picture is an original, one-of-a-kind Joe Corroney sketch; I went through hell to get it, but it was entirely worth it! The other four cards are Portratz and Hai sketch cards.
The Lott Dod in the front of the picture is a painted prototype test-shot figure. It's about 10x more detailed and accurate than the mass-produced one. I have every Neimoidian/Duros figure ever released, as well as some prototypes and some Kweh-made customs.
Due to circumstances, which I won't bore you with, part of my collection is at my mother's home in Colorado.
The literary section of my collection, including the magazine cover I made.
My two holo Nute figures (please don't rob me)...
...and their differing undersides.
Don Post Nute mask
Don Post Rune mask
Custom Neimoidian Galactic Heroes
My favourite tea mug! 8D
Custom 12" figures - rather battered after several trips across the Atlantic.
Ten Neimoidians and one Duros. Each mini-plush is about 1ft tall.
My newest addition, another Portratz and Hai Rune Haako sketch card
"Hug-sized" Neimoidian Plush
He stand about 3ft tall, and totally lives up to his name! I may do a separate post for him, later.
And, my piece de resistance, my life-sized Neimoidian
He's currently a work in progress, but when he's finished, he'll be Lott Dod. I have plans to make Nute and Rune as well!
(I promise I'm not insane, nor am I going overboard; I'm just a Star Wars fan who loves her fandom and enjoys sewing!)
