In the UK we have quite extreme laws regarding airsoft guns. To buy a Realistic Imitation Firearm (RIF) which believe it or not includes Pulse Rifles(!) you have to be a registered re-enactor or Airsofter.
Many airsoft guns are available without this registration by being two tone in colour - a lot of shops in the UK either import the toy guns like this or paint them to order.
I am registered as an Airsoft player in the UK, but the company that imported the blue two tone Pulse Rifles ordered too many so I scored two of them during a half-price sale!
Now these Pulse Rifles aren't the best quality for playing Airsoft, but they have a working LED round counter and pumpable grenade launcher (complete with a dummy shotgun shell in the breach.) they are perfect for trooping USCMC style!
In the UK the blue two tone version was available from "Action Hobbies."
In the US other airsoft shops like Airsplat were selling the normal green version.
Try searching under "Snow Wolf Pulse Rifle" "Airsof Pulse Rifle" or "Pulse Rifle AEG"
