Custom Felucian Rancor RePaint
«

Recently picked up a Felucian Battle Rancor off ebay the other week for a decent price($35) and as soon as I got it I knew I had to give the sculpt justice. First I gave it a dark brown wash and then I painted over the odd purple color and replaced it with a nice light blue as it is in the game. As my finishing touches I colored the inside of the mouth a dark red, gave the toe nail things and the finger nails a dry brush of an off set white, colored in a white pupil, and finally put a gloss under the areas of the nose and mouth to give it a snot/saliva look. Overall took me about 4 hours to complete but I really like the newly repainted thing. Let me know what you think
Sorry if the pictures are not that great
Also Do you think i should do a dark wash over the blue markings also to make them blend more or do they look better popping out as they do now?

It definitely has that "glow" to the blue paint now. I think it looks good!
