Does anyone have any instructions with images to show how to articulate a figure that has little articulation?

Thanks.  I'll give it go.

I also tried making a clone/microman figure, but ruined the clone trying to get the darn thigh armor onto the microman figure.

Hey guys, I was commissioned to do a Commander Ganch in 3.75" scale from a returning customer.
Almost done with him, I still need to work on his head underneath.  I'm also going to throw in an alternate helmet, which I'm still working on.

It was supposed to be simple repaint using the base figure, but I asked him if I could take it step further and make him more Commander Ganch accurate, but creating the round pauldron, adding the holsters to hang from pauldron, and to create the head underneath to look like baldy Ganch.

Enjoy:

He looks really good. The holsters turned out well given the limited amount of space you had to work with and the pain job is fantastic.

Thanks.

Here goes my latest clone.  After working on the commission, it put me in a clone mood, so I put together this latest clone using what I called throw away parts.  It's made using the arms and lower legs of the chunkier saga clones and the torso/upper legs of the animated clones.
I went that route, because honestly, I'm not crazy about how skinny the animated clone figures are, however, after the leg/arm swap....I'm REALLY digging how the clone came out.  It's like...a more stylized version of an animated clone, while looking more fierce and less cartoony (don't know if I'm making sense).
He's then totally repainted using camo grey (I like it better than just white), blues, weathering and washed.

Enjoy:

Looks great! Your assessment of the animated clones is spot on and this parts combo really addresses the problem. Love the paint scheme too. All 'round excellent job.

Oh yeah, that look is great. I don't like the all skinny clones much either.
