Nihl turned out very well. Would you be willing to share the recipe?
Yes absolutely,
-The base figure was a Marvel Universe Spiderman. I got one with the most amount of articulation I could find. I sculpted around his waist and mid section to replicate the folds in Nihls clothing.
-The forearm came from a heavily modified Force Awakens Tie fighter pilot with Aves Fix It sculpt around it to make the gauntlet.
-The shoulder pads are modified from the Jedi Tol Skorr figure and they do retain their articulation, the spikes came from a Spawn figure. The lower legs also came from Tol Skorr as well. I also modified them so they could fit with double jointed knees.
-The skirt was scratch built using a G.I. Joe Matt Tracker armor as well as some ribbons from the hobby store.
- The belt is from a trimmed down G.I. Joe Retaliation Snake Eyes.
- The chest plate was also from Matt Tracker, I trimmed it down and repainted it to look like Darth Nihl's armor.
- The head is a repainted Kili from the Hobbit (The Sith tattoos all over his face and body were probably the hardest part , I also have difficulty working with white paint)
- Finally his light saber was originally from Darth Maul, I cut one side so one beam is coming out of the staff, I added some length to the staff with styrene and then sculpted all over to give him his light saber.
I hope this helps man, it took me around a week of work on and off between painting, prep work and sculpting.
