Update on Rob Brown's AT-Hauler he's making with plastic sheets. He has taken the decals from my kit and very effectively used them as templates to literally raise the level of surface detail. Every angle of this is looking like an actual toy!

As far as I'm concerned, his is about to be the first "real toy" (plastic) version of the AT-Hauler that Hasbro never made!

Also, I want to share another AT-Hauler made by Richard Cherry. Like mine, his is built with cardboard, but has lights.

This is most impressive! I got much respect of scratch builds like these! All of them look great so far!
Thanks for sharing all the progress!

Oh yeah, I really like that "greebly" feel that ship has to it now. He has got to be smiling ear to ear. Off to the front page.

Rob Brown finished his plastic AT-Hauler! Now all he has to do is paint. Check out the video clip -- he engineered it so that its arms can rotate in unison. (This feature wasn't in my original design.)

That is a most impressive build - you must be proud to see that "offspring" from your hard design work.

I can only repaet waht the other gentlemen already said.
That is one of the most impressive custom pieces I've ever seen.
Excellent work.
