not much is known about the mandalorian fleet of ships and war machines... we know they used a giant war droid as a mechanical steed which was rode into battle.

we all know that jango, and subsequently boba used a firespray class interceptor for their personal endevors, alot of people assume this was a "mandoan" craft, but in fact it was not... from what I've read it's actually a prototype ship which jango captured, and is one of only a handfull of the actual vehicle...
Kuat Systems Engineering produced several prototypes shortly before the Battle of Naboo. However, all but one were destroyed when Jango Fett staged a prison break in Desolation Alley. Jango kept the sole remaining Firespray, renaming it Slave I. Kuat Systems Engineering, suffering from the financial loss of the prototypes, eventually mothballed the project and concentrated instead on starship upgrades.
the SlaveII is described as a "mandal motors" police ship:
Slave II was a MandalMotors Pursuer-class enforcement ship, a patrol craft, which was popular with the Mandalorian police units since it was tough and good at dealing with pirates, as well as having the cargo space for the usual police needs.
