I have 2 of these... the 501st and a Coruscant security version.
My son has 1. a plain trooper. and is real mad I dont get him the Rex version.
Great work on these. the larger area does provide its own challenges, but you have done a real nice job.
This is something that has crossed my mind a time or two.

thx mate. i  am planing to do a rex custom but i have to choose a material to make Rex's visor. when i am done u can show it to ur son too he he.  anyways thx again

Commander Bly Custom Voice changer helmet!
I needed: carton, nails, hammer, paper makers, water colors
1st step: painted the helmet
2nd step: built the visor
3rd step: hummer and nails time
4th step: take some pics
5th step: upload it on the Yards!

Visor can be moving:

if u want i can send ya' a visor after i make. not gonna sell em' because shipping is freaking expensive here. 45$ to USA. i have just 1 helmet that i paint a thousand times. if u send me a helmet i can make u one. if u want it with water colors which will probably won't resist to the UK well not sure i can use mine but if u want acrylic u have to send me the colors. here are expensive and are pretty hard to find.

thanks friend! there already is Ca[t Rex helmet with that lil' visor but the helmet is not that cool in my opinion. anyways thanks u for the kind words!
