There's a collector in Bavaria with a massive Rebel Alliance collection. He's currently selling a few figures and offered three 5-Packs of Rebel Pilots for 130€ each. Last week he sent me an offer of 110€ on ebay. So I sent him a counter offer of 80€ per set. I didn't expect him to accept my offer, but he did!
So here they are for 16€ per figure. I still need to figure out if some of them are custom head-swapped.
I put them on my watch-list mostly because of the Comic Pack figures.
Looking forward to doing some research now:

Most of those look like originals, not headswaps, though there might be one or two in there.

Thank you, Jeff. You were absolutely right. The set on the bottom row came with 3 head-swaps and wrong helmets. The female pilot in the bottom right corner is Juno Eclipse on a Plourr Ilo body. So this figure is just a bald head apart from being worth quite a snickers.
One other female pilot is indeed part of the Rebel Pilots Legacy III Evolutions Pack - a set that I had given up on ever owning.
The other two head-swaps are from the rare Yavin Pilot Pack - which I found on AliExpress and hesitated to open...

Oh yeah ... I didn't notice Juno in the bottom corner. ;D

I decided to get the smaller edition of Paul Duncan's Archive books. The big ones for $75 are impressive with bigger images, but the small books are easier to read and to handle. The small ones retail for $25 and I got them for 15€ each used and like new - in German, but that's okay.

This is a longer story. Feel free to ask any questions. I found some incredible auctions by accident and won 4 of them. And here's what I got.

And this is not like any other lot from Hoth I've ever seen. I'm going to give you a detailed look at its specialties. You can already take a look at the masterpiece which these pieces were part of.
Please, take a look at Hangar 7 over the the German forum Lichtgeschwindigkeit:

I also got the TLC A-Wing with pilot and the TAC Y-Wing only missing the astromech droid (which I have extra, so no biggy). Both together were 130€ and a friend of mine was so kind to pick them up for me in his town.

Found these three ships for 35€ plus 6,75€ shipping. When they arrived I recognized that Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter is the TVC version with darker grey weapons and a slightly thinner missile compared to the original ROTS release. I bought this set to complete the Y-Wing, but primarily for the speeder from SOLO. The design is so brilliant, it could be the perfect vehicle for the Rebels or Empire!

Initially I wanted to give this speeder a repaint so that it could be a Pyke speeder as seen in the book of Boba Fett. But now that I have it in hand I could also see it next to a Rpublic Swamp Speeder...so many possibilities!

Since I have a few extra missiles from the Clone Wars line, I decided to get those chain guns: 12 for 14€.
The Clone Trooper was 10€, so I got everything for 25,80€ shipped.

The Klatooinian Raider came all the way from China: 11,07€ including shipping.

A local online vendor had some offers that were too good to pass on them. At the moment he even has 15% discount 'til March 23, 2025.
I still made a good deal on these:

- 4x TBS 40th ROTJ Gamorrean Guard: 90€ instead of 26€ each.
- 2x TVC Zeb for 15€ each
- TVC Vader: 10€
- TVC HK-87 Assassin Droid: 10€

Smart packaging as we pledged for over the course of a long week.
