AT-SE Enforcer
« on: March 21, 2010, 06:40:55 PM »
Guys this post is just for reference and as I don't want to clog the forum up with non custom posts this will dissappear after you guys have had a look at it.

I just did a Banner for my friend Tamer, who I know is a big ATAT fan, it features an unusual wlaker variant that he had not seen before (image below), well upon seeing it a couple more of you started asking what it is. So rather than hide this over in the Artwork forum I thought that you lot over here might like a peek.

It's the AT-SE Enforcer.

That is definitely eerie looking!  Who wants to take a crack at designing this one from scratch?

Nice walker, I like it.  So, is it just parts from an AT-AT? bbfet

No some guy's designed this thing using an advanced 3d CAD program I think.

awesome.
I'm thinking body of a lambda shuttle... gun turret from joe tank.... head from vintage (smaller) at-at, and legs from the new at-st with modified foot pads (or a set of legs from the new at-at, but that'd be expensive)....

but... that's just off the top of my head of general parts I'd try to use.

I love the fact that the designer realy put effort into the design of the legs and how the thing would walk.  I'd love to see a video of this thing moving.  that'd be awesome.

In the UK there used to be a toy called Action Man, they used to sell a vehicle for him called the Scorpion Tank, the body of that tank would be the ideal mid section with the cannon on top. You'd need to find some decent legs to hold it all up though!

See, I was thinking head and legs of an AT-AT, with the body of the AT-TE, myself.  Some sculpey here, some styrene there, some paint, and you're golden!

What an awesome vehicle! I would use the ATAT head and lower legs,  ATTE modified body and upper legs. Then find a tank that would work for the top. I seriously think this could be done. Now we need Glorbes to chime in and tell us he will scratch build the whole thing.

If I had me an extra AT-TE lying around, I'd definitely give it a go, but you're right: Someone like Glorbes or even yourself, L.E., to take a stab at this!
