I'm sure you guys have stuff going on back stage, I couldn't find an "ideas" thread, so I thought I'd post this. My bro let me borrow a comic of the new game, so I looked it up and saw the cool trailers, and then saw a book that's out, and anyway, it looks like a sweet period in the SW universe... thought it'd make for a good contest of some sort...

This is a great idea Joe.  You are correct, we have a future contest thread in the mod section. Feedback from the members is what we are all about though so I am glad you posted this. I think it is a great idea and I love these images you have posted, not to mention I have wanted to make sweet, ugh hum, wrong though, make that female bounty hunter. What does everyone else think?

I know this is moving away from the original idea, but I think a female bounty hunter contest would be awesome.

As much as Star Wars Galaxies became a giant fail, I may actually try this game when it's released and this theme would make a great custom contest.

Yeah - I'd have to spend time playing the game(s?) to create a frame of reference.  I've seen customs others have done from this setting and they look GREAT!  It looks like a really neat era to customize in.

Im into this, its such a broad spectrum of ideas that we wouldnt normally visit. I say yes gets everyones brains ticking at how to best represent something that hasnt been looked at to often. I made these guys a while ago just posting him to give others an idea of what my idea of what this is to me.

Wow, that modified walker in the background of that one shot looks great. I sure did enjoy reading about this in the Insider a few months back.

I know we usually hate to get too specific on focus, but this seems like there are myraid custom oppurtunities.

I personally think if you do it, do it for anything, figures, vehicles, beasts, dioramas, anything that fits in the theme, that way a bunch of different options for different people... That's just me though, that way hopefully a ton of people would enter.
