If that door is cut in foamcore, I have discovered there are zip-ties that are the perfect width for gluing to the edge of foamcore, letting you add an interesting detail and hide the foam at the same time.

Great playset/diorama!  You are on your way to photonovels now!!

Thanks guys, he says thanks too...not bad for a first one I hope to come up with something better for him next time Doc thanks for the tip, how do you keep the hot glue from pushing the foamcore away from each other when it drys?

I don't use hotglue.  I think the last time I did that, I used superglue.  It'll end up being a semi-fragile joint, but it is easily repaired just the same.
