Holy [expletive deleted]! It's been FOREVER since I've worked on a vehicle. I just don't have a feel for them. With that said, here are two WIPs. Enjoy!
Y-TIE Ugly:
Mandalorian Heavy Snubfighter:
The Ugly has been in parts for over two years. A few weeks ago inspiration struck and I started hacking away on the Y-wing's pylons. Once removed, I jammed the TIE-advanced wings into the slots and glued some random greeblies on. It may bee a while longer until I can get up the nerve to paint her. I don't like doing vehicles, which is ironic considering I used to customize Transformers. Anyhow...I tokk the leftover pylons and glued them on an old Cobra HISS tanks (sans treads) that I had leftover from my childhood. The gun mount is the chin gun from an old Tomahawk Joe helo. I thought it looked like somehting a Mando would pilot, and there ya go. Still needs paintwork and detailing.
