Hate having to paint that much skin tone. It looks like you have the same problem I typically do, your paint looks clumpy.
You might try painting the skin tone areas first with a white or light grey primer, then painting over that with the proper skin tone paint...
something else that has been recomended to me is to heat up the bottle of paint in the microwave for a few seconds and stir it thoroughly to remove the clumps. I've never tried that myself, but it makes sense.
definately don't use the clumpy paint at the bottom of the bottle, try to stir it up as much as you can to get a smooth application.
