Do you have a picture of the dirt you mean?
Or do you mean the "battle damage" on the exclusive Stormtrooper?

If you want to remove Hasbro's original paint from a figure, acetone will do. As
goldleaderone
suggested on another topic, nail polish remover also contains acetone and works perfectly! If you use pure acetone, don't use too much - a few drops on a paper tissue will be enough. Also wear gloves since acetone dries out your skin quickly.
