Very nice, indeed. I am old enough to remember Starbird and it's shorter counterpart. I used to have a Starbird ship and kind of remember the cardboard landing pad but didn't have it.

Awsome stuff, man!

Wow, feel free to get off topic more often. Where do I go to stand in line?

Last count, 3,164...

We could book in a play-date, you could bring round your vehicles and figures, I'll set up the playsets. I've got a wood at the back of my garden which is where my kids play with the endor stuff. At the moment anyone lucky enough to walk round the back of our house will find a legion of the Emperors finest troops guarding the place....

And there it is. I so wanted that playset. As I remember, that little wheeled cargo carrier held the removable starbird engine insert. Man, that was a cool toy that held a mercury switch inside that would alter the sound effects of the ship as you pointed the nose up or down. Like kids need a toy with a mercury switch.
  I fondly remember that ship.

That's some cool stuff, again. I believe that you sure did capture the look that you were going for.
Good job on that stuff.

Reminds me a bit of Neptune station from G-Force (Gatchaman). I loved that cartoon as a kid.
