Back when cartoon network ran the original Clone Wars animated series, there was an episode that I think was titled Hunt for Grievous in which this gunship was shown with a squad of clones trying to track down General Grievous. It was one of my favorite episodes.
Today, I opened my sharkmouth gunship which now, is an oldie but a goodie.
The gunship comes out of the box as the main body, two wings, the lower platform/floor, the side doors, the cockpit canopy, the aft gun barrel, 4 firing missiles "two for the top launchers and two for the chin launchers which double as gun barrels" and two types of bombs that mount under the wings and inside the doors.
First off, the paint job is awsome and that sharkmouth design really sets off the mood of this ship.
I had mentioned the 4 firing missiles but I'm sure that you also know of the floor section with foot pegs that drops at the touch of a button so that you can do a dust-off move and deploy your clones at the same time. The canopy opens exposing a cockpit with enough room for two pilots. I would have appreciated a couple of control panel stickers, here. At the touch of a button, the side doors will swing back to the open position. Also, there is room and a pair of slots for carrying a speeder bike in the cargo area. I will get a pic up of this, later.
It's a great ship, guys, and worthy of any Clone Wars fan's collection. I will display it proudly.
