Topic: Mos Maa'eli 'Companion' diorama. WIP shots.

Hi all.

I've started work on a small little dio 'companion' to my Mos Maa'eli dio.  This one won't actually be part of my dio but a little off shoot if that makes any sense.  I don't want to give away to much for the time being BUT i will say it's Imperial based!!!!!.

The first shot is going to be the base of the second photo.  The base has only had one coat of black paint so far.   

The base is a fabric softner lid (Tamer, this is what i damaged my hand on hence the damage to the lid...the blade went right through into my hand) and the big round section is my daughters old drum stool seat from her old and damaged Wiggles drum kit.

Looking cool! Can't wait to see it done! OOOOHHHH! I bet that hurt really bad! Did it go all the way through your hand?

@Tamer - Yeah man....those photos were ugly as sin that's for sure 

@Mando - Thanks man.  Yeah it went in pretty far and hit bone...not very pleasant

Here's some more shots.  Just done some painting and getting a few bits and peices ready.  This mini dio will be lit by a Dot-It lighting system.

This looks like a pizza in this shot!!!!...trust me...it's not.



This is the small but (hopefully) efficient lighting system.
