I am pleased with the Muppet-looking mouth on this figure. I might just have to replace the one I own with this one, my dislike of soft-goods clothing notwithstanding.
I have altered the action figure. Pray I don't alter it further.

He'll need to be dirtied up a bit and it seems like his head is just a little too small. I'll have to see him in hand before I buy.

I just don't get why he's so green. In Empire Strikes Back, he's bluish-grey.

I am guessing this is just a prototype version. We can probably expect the paint color to be changed just a bit if any other pr shots I have seen in the past are any indication. Usually though its not for the better. Anyone remember the press shots for the 6 inch R2 and then the version they got out to us?

This Yoda looks semi-cool. His head does seem a little small but could just be the bulky soft goods clothing. I am still not jumping on the bandwagon for this 6 inch tall line though. I will continue to pick and choose which 6 inch figures I buy (and that isn't many of this new line). For me Star Wars figure collecting will always be the smaller scale figures that first started in the late 70's.
The 6 inch Black Series line=too pricey.

Another thing I want to say is that the snake looks like a candy cane. I'd rather have it be solid orange for nostalgic reasons than these colors. I guess the snake would be easy to paint, but then why can't Hasbro do it?

I kinda like the look of the snake, but will admit the first thing I thought when I saw this is why not an orange snake. What are the chances they will re-release this one a few times with different accessories for each film he was in and I hate to even mention it but a store exclusive orange snake version?

Now I do not have any insider information at this point, but this is just from all my years of experience at following the enigma that is Hasbro.

This figure will great repainted and weathered on a small dio. I also think once the cloth goods are softened they will sit better on the figure and teh head will look normal to the rest of the body.
