Nuts and Bolts: Membership is based on the calendar year. Valid from January 1st 2014 through December 31st, 2014. If you are a current PGM member, your membership will be automatically renewed on December 31st, 2013. If you do not want your membership renewed automatically, please send an e-mail to customerservice@gentlegiantstudios.com with the subject line "PGM Renewal Opt-Out." Your account will be removed from the automatic renewal list on December 30th or before we process renewals on the 31st. Also, please note that the Studio will be closed from 2pm December 20th until 9am December 30th. If you try to contact us, please be patient and wait until we are back in the office to send a reply.
