Weird. I don't know where this went? Parts of it seem to be missing.

This looks excellent, I'd love to get hold of a 3D printer.

Awesome dio!  I've been looking at some products on shapeways website, they have all kinds of really cool stuff.

I haven't seen the forums go weird like this in a long time. I am working on it.

Back to your dio front, I am left wondering if you could buy your own 3D Printer and work on some of this yourself unless you are getting some better deals I see on the ebay link?

Hope that works...
the first one: half of it shall be done soon.
second one: done, just needs to be painted and decals applied
third one: just a project for now
Thanks to david for his great work and creativity. Enjoy

Very nice looking product! I too would love to see some close ups of the individual pieces.

Hey guys, Nick has been a pleasure to work with, he sent me a picture, and he had confidence in me from the start. That is a really rare and special quality in a person. I was very excited to to complete the project. The project turned out amazing.  The consoles them selves were not difficult to model since i had something pretty close to it already done. I just had to change the profile and add all the details. The middle wall was the most difficult to do since it was a completely new model and i had to start from scratch at least 6 times before i got it right.
I probably could have made an exact replica but when you shrinking down a 7 or 8 foot wall to 5 1/2 inches  you have to make certain design choices so it doesn't look too busy or crowded in the space you have to work with.

Here are shots of the middle wall in varying stages.
