Mate you are doing on hell of a job, I love all the small details in it such as the cracks in the walls and the nails ect .  I'm also can't wait to see those drums done once the get more rust on them.

Thanks man! Always great to get a comment from one of the masters... :)

What's up with the rest of this site? This area never seems to get much love?

Yeah diorama's aren't a huge thing with a lot of people as they do take up space especially at this scale, people usually like to smaller figures on bases like 3-3/4".

Posts and beams have all been magnetized. Started the weathering process. Liking how this is looking so far.

Wow, it's been a while since I've updated.

Believe it or not, I was having the biggest trouble finding the wood I needed to complete the flooring. Every time I went, they were out, or all the pieces were broken.

Anyway, 28 boards, and 95(yes, 95) pins later, and we have a "completed" damaged 2nd floor.

Had to snip each one...lol

Giddy already with the shots I am going to be able to pull off with this:

Cheap update here, but finished the first color on the bottom level. Still haven't decided what to do up top. I wanted it to be like a business on the bottom floor (or small manufacturing facility) and a living space above. There isn't much room up top to "sell" that, but I am thinking I might just go with wallpaper and residential stuff....not sure yet. Anyway:

Bottom color is a custom mix. Sadly, I only painted the main wall one night, so I had to re-mix and match the color for the side wall. It was a tad brighter, but with the floor installed, it brings down the color to match the main wall, something I anticipated and am happy with. Still need to weather everything a bit, but now I can start adding my greeblies and bits.
