Oh yeah, looks much better than just disappearing under the place the head connects to the body.

Off to share.
Thank you Tamer. Basically all they have to do is make a few headsculpts and the Chewbacca variants are covered. Instead of rereleasing
ANH Chewbacca  again for wave 8 make a slight change to the VOTC ROTJ Chewbacca head, and it would go great with the Boushh Leia. But what do I know.  At any rate, I think I'll nix the big ring attaching to the collar, it looks ridiculous on this figure, not as much  on the original figure.
Hey JDeck - Good to see you working in 3 3/4 :) Boussh looks excellent - it's good to have two usable hands. And Chewie is shaping up nicely.
Thank you Starchaser. 3.75 seems a little easier than  1/1,000,000 or whatever, 1/18 is a little more forgiving.

I pretty much finished the Boushh prisoner Chewbacca figure. I just sculpted some spikes on the collar, and removed the ring connecting to the collar. Then I gave Chewbacca some highlights in his hair with a dry brushed desert yellow. I might fool with the hair a little more, but maybe not. Looks good enough for me.

Thank you Tamer. Yeah I think it will make a cool alternate scene for my Jabba's palace diorama. I designed it for the original Max Rebo Lapti Nek scene with the Oola figure, but this will work just as well.  I need to finish up this diorama though. Get some lighting, and put the heiroglyphics on the archways.

Hey JDeck - sorry for the delay in responding - Chewie turned out fantastic! I think you've built a really outstanding pair for your diorama and should be really proud of both.

Thank you Starchaser! I wanted to do a better job on Chewbacca's collar, but sometimes it's best just to get it done, without thinking too much about it.

I did make a custom figure of everybody's second favorite  orange vested Rodian, Beedo. It's just a VOTC Greedo with TVC Hoth Leia vest painted orange. Easy peasy.

Thank you Tamer. I think the best vest to use for this would be from the TBS Toryn Farr, it has a more pronounced collar, but the repack Leia was cheaper.

I pre-ordered a solid case of Stormtroopers. They should be coming soon. In the meantime I'm just building weapons and gadgets and things for them. I built a T-21B targeting blaster from battlefront. It's a spacetrooper blaster with a sandtrooper muzzle, and an imperial pistol scope(s).

Wow, entire case. I so need to get on the bandwagon with these. Folks really seem to love em. I take it you do too. Nice weapon. Off to share this.

Thank you Tamer. Yeah a case is 8 Stormtroopers, a standard squad. They're definitely definitive, unless some new technology comes out, but I don't know how they can improve on it, and I'm really funny about Stormtrooper figures. I didn't even bother with the Stormtrooper Han, because it's the same old body sculpt.  I want to give them some accessories, and build a Stormtrooper squad, and perhaps a Diorama, display environment. I have my Stormtrooper collection, but this would be something I can showcase in action poses.

Thank you! I don't play battlefront, but I came across some of the game's weapons, and thought they would be cool to build.

The T21B blater looks really cool. I think I'll try to make one for my imperial army collection.
I also like your prisoner Chewbacca and Beedo custom figures.
Excellent work.

Beedo turned out well. I really like the heavy blaster, it's a good combination of parts to augment the standard Stormtrooper arsenal. Nice job.
