I used one of the RET. Storm shadows as a base and sanded off the belt. Then using greenstuff I sculpted the shoulders on a plastic baggie and let it cure at a curve. I attached it to the torso and then I used aves and sculpted all the other details. For the head I sanded the hair off of a SW Galen Marek head and sculpted the mask with green stuff. Once it cured I popped the mask off and molded the head, belt buckle, mask and torso.

Great Arcann, a trick to get Yellow sabers really easy, is to take Clear Yellow Tamiya paint, and paint it over a pale lightsaber blade, works really well.

Thanks for the compliment. For sabers, I made a few saber molds and I cast them in yellow. I do runs in different colors so I can have a variety of custom shades on hand. The clear Tamiya paint sounds like a good idea too. I've never tried that.

Just trying to help, Arcann's saber looks green in the pictures, so though I'd share. Personally I prefer the paint to casting, for long thin molds can be tedious, and some of the dyes I've tried don't always give it the right color, but that's just me as a novice at casting, when your casting work is great. I bought some heads from you, and they are some of the best casts I've purchased. Painting the sabers is also a lot quicker, but I charge based on the time I put in.
