Trying my hand at stained glass. Notice the "subtle" Tri-Force?? :)

Needs some cleaning up (back of glass), and a small frame behind to block the light around it (same with door). All still a big WIP.

Thanks everyone. Been MIA from the bench again (summer). Now that fall is starting to settle in, I'll probably get back at this one. Did some structure work tonight (magnets), and installed the lights temporarily to get a feel for them. I think I am going to like them!

Dang dude. I've always been impressed with your detail, but the lighting is perfect as well.

Hey gang. After a separation from my wife, and moving into a new place, dioramas have taken a HUGE back seat to life. However, now that I am finally getting settled, I have turned my attention back to finishing this dio. Here are some updates.

Wow that looks real! Off to share.

And sorry to hear about your life stuff, but a person has to have some peace. Glad you are back to doing some dio work.

Impressive work buddy and I'm loving the little details like the fallen leaves, well done indeed.

That looks really cool.
There are some many great deatails in your dio.
I really like the lanterns and the colorful glass window.

Of course we do remember you! So good to see you’re back!
To me you’re the master of walls and buildings! It’s amazing how much magic you put to styrofoam! Your sceneries always look extremely realistic!

The moss looks just stunning! Did you use real moss for it?

Greetings from Germany!

Wow! Thank you so much for the kind words. There are MANY who are masters, and to be considered among them is truly an honor. To answer your question, I used Woodland Scenics Lichen.  I guess it's real??? I've had it for YEARS, and it has never dried out.

Wow, that's really cool.  I'll have to show this to my kids... they have been into Zelda on nintendo switch lately.
