Awesome.
It is impressive to see what is possible with 3D-printing.
Keep up the great work.

Here is the original switches I made for the falcon.  I'm  deciding wether or not if I should use these new ones I made with the Printer.  They are more uniformed and they seem to look better.  Thoughts???

I know there are gaps thats because the panel is not attached and is sitting in the back until I figure out what to do..

Wow, I can see the pros and cons of both. Let me take this to the pages as I can see I am not gonna be of any help. Man, they both look nice.

Here we go.  Started to Print the parts for the 1:6 scale Gunner Stationn, but after I modified them so they would fit on the print bed.  This is going to be massive. I'm not to worried about the print lines.  I will be using the PLA XTC from Smooth-On to clean up the layer lines.  Normally I don't but this model is so big it should affect the details.

The Wheel:  Hollowed so I can run LED lights in it.

Size comparison to the 1:12 scale version I made:

Just for fun I picture the Hot Toys figure by it:

and one last comparison to the 1:12 scale version, and you can see all three sizes. the Grey one underneath in the printer is 1:18 scale.

Awesome.
I have not expected to see a 1/6 scale Gunner Station.
I can't wait to see the final result.

Next project is a full size Gunner Station  ;)

Wow! Those gun stations are brilliant! The lighting applications are outstanding too! I'm amazed at the quality of detail you are achieving. Impressive, most impressive.
