I have had my share of breakin's.  Truck has been broke into 3 times and the last time they used my garage door opener to get into the garage.  Its a violation of your privacy and security.  After the last time I installed some motion secuirty lights, so now even if a car drives by they trip on the lights.  So far its worked.  Just remember it can happen to anyone at anytime and I'm a cop.

hmm, in 2003 one of my neighbors shot a guy in his house, with 12 guage slug

we have some trouble with our cars, but since then our neighborhood(conrad heights) has been 100 percent crime free.


To be honest, the neighbor was really old, tired of dealing with poor people.

I couldn't have done it, but I'm glad he did.

In Romania and EU you are not allowed to own fire arms unless you have a permit. I only have a airgun rifle with metal pellets quite dangerous on its own. But I'd go to meet the thieves with a bat and 2 of my neighbors.

To get in either the apartment or the new house would be much more difficult. Vandalizing the car would have mean the alarm going on and they would have been caught. Still hate this. There is another garage 50 meters away, it was robbed for about 3 times already, thieves knew the guy has a small cosmetics distribution company and hit the owner 3 times.

Yeah, strict gun control only affects law abiding citizens, :)

It sucks no matter where crime happens, though, but I guess thats a story as old as time.

so is this an airsoft rifle?  maybe you could fake out a wood be intruder, :)

What if the would be intruder had a real gun then? basically you are vunrable anyways and nine times out of ten the intruder gets off

Well, today I did...absolutely nothing.  I haven't done that in quite awhile, and the weather today was very conducive to it!  It's been relaxing!  Watching "Taken" on Blue Ray right now!

netflix just sent me MI3, requiem, and avengers:heroes of tomorrow on blu ray, if you don't have the service, I recommend it, too expensive to rent or buy blu rays if you ask me.

Then again, I'm po'!

WEather has been fantastic here lately, kind of hot the last couple days though.

I'm struggling to retain my sanity in the face of a severe sinus infection.  I swear - its making my forehead bulge out so bad that even my oblivious kids notice it.  I think they are horn-buds and that I'll end up looking like Darth Maul.

Speaking of!!

Ray Parks is one of the guests at a convention in Tennessee (AdventureCon) this weekend.  Two of my buds made the drive up.  Weeeeeellll....

Yesterday evening, I get a call - "Hey, buddy!  I'm fighting Darth Maul in the morning!!"  So, somewhere in TN, Captain Aniel Drake, feared pirate, fencer, heavy fighter, all-around martial artist, USAF SpecOps warrior, will be duelling Darth Maul this morning.  They plan to video it and add in lightsabers, last I heard...

Yep - Parks and the "These are not the droids we're looking for" stormtrooper - and David Prowse.  Amy ... blank.  Crap - Aayla Secura.  She was originally scheduled to be there, but ended up with a movie contract that has her working.  Bummer.

pic two is the nephew with an AR-15, I think
Pic three is the other brother shooting one of the M4s

My younger brother did this cool digi camo paint job on this 22 rifle using a home made stencil.

Here, the brother lines out the nephew and niece on his 22

here is a  pic of me doing the prone thing.
